Taylor Stutzman, M.A., CMPC
Director of Performance
Taylor manages Waterstone's Performance services, helping athletes and individuals perform at their best when it matters most.

Taylor is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. He received his Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, where he served as Vice President of the Center for Performance Excellence. Taylor previously worked at IMG Academy as a Senior Mental Performance Coach where he worked with thousands of athletes from 8 years old to professionals, across many different sports. He also worked with medical students on stress management and with corporations and executives on applying principles of mental performance to the business world. Taylor currently is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology.
In his free time, you can find Taylor on a golf course or in the mountains hanging out with his dog, Pan.

Kevin O'Connor, Psy.D, LP
Director of Wellness
Kevin manages Waterstone's Behavioral Health and Wellness services, helping athletes and individuals manage life's challenges in and out of the arena.
​
Kevin is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and received both his Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology and Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology degrees from the University of Denver. Kevin works with competitive and professional athletes and with First Responders and Veterans to enhance mental performance and wellbeing with special emphasis on the importance of mastering challenges such as depression, anxiety, sleep, and trauma recovery/resilience.

Kevin is a diehard Denver sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors and with his wife, son, and family dog, Bonnie.
